I'm trying to re-order or move some of my categories but when I click the save button it doesn't save it and I get the following error message:
UpdateCategory: API error [An error occurred while moving the selected category: the category you are trying to move has one ore more children.]
Could you please let us know one of the specific changes that you are trying to make, so that we can attempt to duplicate the problem? Please let us know the category that you are trying to move, and where you are trying to move it to.

I'm trying to move the "coffee" subcategory out of the food category and make it its own main category. I'm trying to do the same with the "pancake & waffle mix" category.
Thank you for the additional information. There is currently a problem with moving a category that has subcategories, that our engineers are working on correcting. In the meantime, please first move the subcategories and then move the main category. (The subcategories can then be moved back to the main category once the main category has been moved.)
For example, for your "Pancake & Waffle Mix" category first move the following subcategories so that they are no longer in the "Pancake & Waffle Mix" category:
1. Hula Girl
2. Maui Pancake Co.
3. Gift Packs
Now the category "Pancake & Waffle Mix" should have no subcategories, and you should be able to move it and make it its own main category. Once it has been moved, you can then move the subcategories back to the "Pancake & Waffle Mix" category.
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this when using this workaround.
