Is there any way to change some of this:

Total:
US $8.03
If there is no insurance, discount, coupon ETC I don't want those lines to even display!
At this time the Order confirmation page is not available to be edited, though we will be happy to pass along a suggestion on your behalf to hide these fields when the value is null.
