I have input all of my In-Stock store products, and removed the Pre-Orders several times.

Each time it seems to go through without a hitch, only the next day a portion of the items are gone, and even more disappear the next. I have never been able to get any items to pull up under Google Product Search.

All my parts are made here, so there are no UPC/ISBN numbers for them. I don't have anything in the Manufacturer, or the Part/Model# columns. The parts do have SKU numbers.

Could this have something to do with it? I have tried most everything else, but have been putting this off do to the time involved.

Hello,

I apologize, but I'm not sure that I understand the first part of your question. Is this in regards to Google Product Search as well, or is an additional problem happening in your Vendio account? If it is an additional problem, please let us know in more detail exactly what is happening.

In regards to the Google Product Search problem, we have redistributed the items, which will hopefully correct the problem. Please give it 24 - 48 hours for the items to appear on Google, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Yes, the entire post was only about Google Product Search.

I was referring to re-distributing my items through it several times over the last two weeks myself, and trying different settings out. I was thinking it may be an error on my part somehow, in the way I was setting up the Item attributes. I would Distribute them, and over the next few days they would disappear from my Vendio Comparison Shopping menu.


Case in point, as of today the ~200 items you Distributed two days ago, only 5 Items are left showing as Distributed.

Hello,

Thank you for the additional information. We have made another change which will hopefully force the items to go through to Google. Please give it another 24 - 48 hours and let us know should the problem continue.

Hello,

We did identify an issue with creating some recent accounts to send to Google Merchant Center and this fix went out earlier this morning. When your feed is sent out again late tonight it should now be accepted. Tomorrow morning after 4AM PST your items should become searchable.

I see 102 items distributed this morning, I tried a few google searches on a few different items, but I couldn't find anything after going through the pages of choices google pulled up.

Of course I could have picked Items that were not listed. I picked the items to check from the Managed Items list though, but who knows at this point.

I'll try it again later on today.

If it helps, I have Google Analytics running, and the In-Page feature has started acting funny in the last week or so as well.

If doesn't do anything when a page first loads up. Using the Google dashboard. You have to go in and manually change the filters, and then the overlay starts up. Click a link, and it goes blank again, until you select different filters.

If you turned it on in GA, and then opened another window to navigate to the actual site it use to overlay the webpage in the new window until In-Page was deselected in the Google dashboard. It doesn't work that way anymore.

I have verified it on different computers at different locations.

Hello,

It does look like they have finally processed all of your items, so all of the items distributed should also be available in Google Product search.

I guess it is just the Store info throwing me off.

I posted all the items again, right after my last post, and today Vendio is only showing 31 Items Distributed of the 100 odd it showed when I first distributed them.
