Hi,

I am having issue updating Item Condition in "My Items" page. This is the link: eBay Item Condition: click here to edit your ads.

It pops up a dialog for me to modify and to update the condition of the items. However, I am getting "Server error. Plase try again." message after clicking update & save button.

Please help! Thanks!

Hello Jason,

Could you please let us know in more detail exactly what change you are trying to make here? Which condition are you trying to select, and to which ads are you trying to apply it?

Hi Nathan,

I uploaded a csv file for some products to store and later I update the csv file for the ebay specific categories to enable the products for eBay. However, the item condition are blank in the eBay ad.

In "My Items" page, there is a link indicates that item condition needed to be assigned for some products. When I click the link it pops a window allows me to change the item condition field for item condition that weren't assigned previously. I changed the item condition from blank to NEW. But it won't allow me to save the changes and give me an error message says "Server error. Plase try again."

If possible, can I send you step by step screen shots so you will understand what I am talking about?

Hello Jason,

Thank you for the additional information. Could you please let us know to which specific inventory items you are trying to make this change? Or are you trying to set the item condition to "New" for all inventory items in your account?

Hi Nathan,

I was trying to change a group of items that do not have the item condition specified. After it failed, I tried to change just one item but failed again. I think the function is not working entirely on my end. I am using Windows Explore so it should eliminate the browser issue.

Hello Jason,

Our apologies for the trouble with the bulk condition tool. There does appear to be an issue with properly saving the value once changed and we will need to pass the details along to our engineering department to check into further. We hope to restore functionality to this as soon as possible. For now you would need to edit the items manually to apply the item condition (note that this may be required for any items where 'new' or 'used' aren't part of the available options for the category your listing to.)
