I filled out my policy profile and it is not allowing me to save it. I keep getting this: 'There was a problem creating Policy Profile. Please try again.'

What do I need to do in order to get it to save?

Hello,

Try shortening the amount of data you have in the fields to see if this helps you save the profile. If any one field is being used for a large quantity of text (which may be made longer with HTML formatting) - see if you can break up this data into the fields you have for text under your payment and shipping profiles.
