Hello Jason,
Currently this is the only account im aware of this issue happening on as I have been unable to replicate it elsewhere. That said we have escalated this issue to the engineering team to check into further on your behalf and we'll report back here as soon as more information is available.
Were you in the middle of any large operations at this time - either creating new items by CSV import or import from a marketplace?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your response. I didn't create new items or load csv to server. I logged in just to review some of the new orders from yesterday. Then I found the error after I clicked the Items tab.

I also get an internal server error while I am trying to edit my existing items. Whenever I click on an existing item to edit it, I get the following error "Server response error: InternalError: regular expression too complex". I tried to enter a help ticket, but that is also offline.

Hello Jason,
The issue should be resolved. There was an issue with having the Items page setup to sort by a criteria that was no longer being displayed. Simply clicking to sort the list by any other criteria would have cleared the error, which we have done for you.
detectordeals - can you try it again now and let us know if this problem persists?

Chris,
I tried to edit an item and am still getting "Server response error: InternalError: regular expression too complex" and cannot edit any of my items.
Furthermore the "My Vendio" section seems to have been wiped out.
I no longer have any content in the Announcements, My DashBoard, My Store or Alerts sections - they are completely blank.

Detectordeals,
Try simply clearing your browser cache and restarting the computer to see if that helps. We double checked your account in a number of browsers and versions but couldn't find any that caused it to fail to load properly at this time. Both editing your items and loading the My Vendio page seems to still work as it should.
If it persists even after clearing your cache and restarting, try another browser to see if the issue is isolated to just one browser or if it's effecting any browser sharing this same computer and let us know the results of your efforts.
