Please be sure that there is a row in your import file that is just the parent item (without any of the variations), and contains the SKU "SD-AL-ALM". Also, if you haven't located it already, you may locate the instructions for importing items with variations via .csv file here:

I did have the parent sku on each line for child item except for the parent line itself. Can I send you the file and take a look?
In addition to having the parent SKU in each child row, there will also need to be a separate row for the parent SKU itself. Do you currently have a separate row for each parent item within the file?
Yes, the first row is parent,sku=ABCD, variation1=color, parent sku=blank cell.
The following rows are child listing, with sku=ABCD-red,ABCD-blue, variation=red, blue, etc, the parent sku=ABCD.
I noticed that for your most recent import attempt the SKU is already in your Vendio account. Are you using the "import mode" or "update mode" option when importing the file?

I used the file test a few before full upload.csv. I used the import mode. I searched to make sure there is no sku existing of the same sku as import file.
