My customer checked out on Vendio and paid by paypal but did not get her eBay Bucks. She is rightfully concerned over this as the sale was over $500.- (order number 2077915229). what gives? I have never had a customer rooked out of their eBay bucks using Vendio.

Hello Dave,

This isn't a program that we have the ability to affect, unfortunately. Could you please contact eBay (or ask your buyer to contact eBay) to see if they can tell what caused the problem?
