Hi,
I had a customer not complete a transaction earlier, when I looked at the invoice I realized it charged her $2.95 for shipping when shipping on each of the items is free?
I then placed my own order on one of the items she had ordered and it did the same to me. My test order number: 2007077371
I checked the shipping profile for my items and it seems to be correct. I even created a new profile and changed it on the one in my test order and I still did the same thing at checkout.
The problem is with your global shipping rules, which will override the shipping in your individual shipping profiles. Currently your global shipping rules are set to charge a fixed amount of $2.95 if the order totals at least $1.00 or 2 items. In order to change this, please go to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account). Select "Orders" from the drop-down box at the top of the page and scroll down to the "Combined Shipping Discounts" section. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Thank Nathan, I never would have figured that out on my own! It seems to have fixed the problem. Will it affect my international shipping? Or if I have no discount selected, will the shipping profile be the end all be all?
That is correct that if you have no shipping discount rules set in the global shipping preferences that the shipping will be taken from the shipping profile (and should not be altered). This would work the same for both domestic and international. Please let us know should you need further assistance.
