I need help with importing a csv file as an update to my current inventory. I can not seem to get the Subcategories correct. Say for example I want to update sku 00101 and keep it in the Cell Phones>Used subcategory. For the field "Vendio Store Categories" I put "Cell Phones>Used". After the file is uploaded, it creates a new category called "Cell Phones>Used" which is incorrect because I need to keep the sku in the Used subcategory of Cell Phones. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
When uploading via a CSV file, you can only place items into a subcategory by listing the subcategory name by itself. The only catch is that this won't work if you have multiple subcategories with the exact same value in them (which would then require renaming the subcategory names to have slightly different values for matching/mapping purposes.) - though once imported they can always be renamed.
