I am trying to "relist" one of my unsold eBAy items to my Vendio Store, but keep getting an error message that "Warning: item was not saved in your Store (missing Store category)" even though I check off and enter a New Categry.
My process is the same one I always use when doing this.

Could you please let us know one of the specific items where you are having this problem, and also the category that you are trying to enter? (So that we can attempt to duplicate the problem in your account.) Also, is this happening for only one item, or for multiple items?

Hi,
It is item 300579895583 Titanium Rainbow / Flame Aura Quartz Crystal Cluster.
I enter the price and quantity (1), and check off the new category button, then enter Aura Quartz into the appropriate field. Then I get the error.
I have not tried to list any other items that require a new category, so I don't know if it happening for more than one item. I have relisted a few others today that are in existing categories and have had no problems with those.

Hello Susan,
I checked and noticed that the "Aura Quartz" category already exists (which is likely why you are having this problem when trying to add it as a new category - as duplicate categories are not allowed). Please try selecting it from the existing category list, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Well a big "duh" for me!
I originally looked for the aura quartz category and somehow did not see it.
That was exactly what the problem was.
