Hello,

We have triggered an email to be sent to you with the EPP code. Please be sure to check your spam and/or bulk email folder in case the message is received there.

Nathan, thank you so much. I have checked all of my folders, including my spam folder, and do not see any emails containing my EPP code. Is it possible to resend that?? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

We have resent the EPP Code to you. Please note that it will be sent to the email address that you had one file at the time that you registered the domain.

Regards,
Nathan

Nathan, help again? I got the EPP Code, but then when I tried to transfer it, they told me that the domain is locked. Can you help me get that unlocked and then give me a new EPP code? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Hello,

I checked your domain, however it seems that it was already transferred successfully. Could you please double check with the new registrar and ask them to take another look?

Regards,
Nathan

Thank you for your help. However, on WhoIs.com it is still showing that you are the registrar. And when I go to my domain page, it is still set up as it was on Vendio, not as it is with my new registrar. The checkout is still going through Vendio: https://sell.vendio.com/hsShoppingCart?checkout_api_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsnewstore.com%2Fcheckout_api%2Fhttps%3D1&store=AllThingsNewStore&CART_ID=2007835251&ck_id=0&foo=8166

Can you help??

Hello Margi1212,

Thank you for writing back.

Our records show that allthingsnewstore.com has been transferred out on August 19th 2011 at 12:57:46 PM. The WHOIS lookup service at whois.com doesn't seem to show the current registrar, but only the domain's contact information; if you use a different WHOIS database, such as this one:

http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/allthingsnewstore.com

you'll see that under "current registrar" you'll find ENOM, not Vendio.

The administrative and technical contact information do not tell you who the registrar is, but only who manages the domain. While your domain was at Vendio, the domain's administrator was indeed Vendio; when transferring a domain one can find an option to keep the current contact info or replace it with the new registrar's one, hence the current whois result.

The only problem I can think of is that Vendio is, incidentally, an ENOM reseller, which means that if you did not plan to transfer your domain to ENOM an error may have occurred on their end, and by looking at this thread I cannot find a reference to your new registrar name. If you were planning to transfer your domain to ENOM everything should be fine and you can go ahead and contact them regarding your domain. If you, however, were not planning on transferring your domain to ENOM please let us know as soon as possible and we will further investigate.

I hope this has addressed your concern. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards,

Vlad L.
