Hello. I purchased my store's domain name through Vendio last year, and it should've been up for renewal earlier this month, but I've received no notification, bill, or other correspondence regarding it.
I checked your domain, and I am showing that it has already been renewed and is set to expire January 11, 2013. The domain is currently set to auto-renew each year. If you would like us to change this, please let us know.
Your billing date for Vendio is the 11th of the month, so it's displaying on your current Vendio online statement but hasn't yet been billed to your card on file. You can expect to see it post by the 13th of this month.
