Didn't had the time to say thank you for youe response, so Thank you.
Now it is working. But when a customer buy two or more items in the same order it charges shipping separately and then adds them. I want to combine into one charge. Example, an item weights 1.25 lbs. and the other 4.25 lbs, it charges, for example, $12.00 per item when it should charge only $8.50 for the entire order. I hope this example helps.
I am doing some experimenting first to try and open a new e-store the correct way.

Could you please let us know a specific order where this problem happened so that we can take a closer look? It might be a problem with your account preferences, or it might be a problem where we will need to have our engineers take a look.
