How do i link my domain name from elyunquegiftstore.com to my vendio store? I have this domain from GoDaddy and want to link it to my vendio store. I read your response from 4/12 and did the part for the www, but I do not understand the part for the @. If you can help me, please I will appreciate it very much.
Please either reply to the support case, or provide the support case number, so that we can take a look. There is unfortunately only one support case associated with your Vendio username, and it is not in regards to your domain.

Thank you for your response.
By the way, any response from the engineers in my question about UPS shipping?
The case, by babylime_2005, response was the following:
"Hello,
If you would like to point your website to your Vendio store just edit the DNS settings and set up the www and @ entries as CNAMEs to stores.beta.vendio.com.
When you’re done write us back so we can complete the pointing process for you. If you are unsure how to make these changes to your domain, please provide the above instructions to your domain provider and ask them for assistance.
There are no updates yet on the shipping problem, unfortunately.
If you are using GoDaddy, please follow the steps outlined below, then follow up with us so we can adjust some settings on our side. If you have any trouble finding these settings in your domain, please contact Godaddy for help. To point your domain, follow these steps:
Log into GoDaddy and go to My Account. Click Advanced Details next to the domain you want to edit (or, if you are not on the My Account page, go to Domains and click the domain name.)
* Click the "Total DNS Control" link in the Total DNS section.
* Click the Edit icon next to the www "host" under CNAMES.
*
o Leave the Alias Name field with the default setting of 'www'
o In the "Points to host name" field, remove the @ sign and enter stores.beta.vendio.com. Click ok.
* Click the Domains tab, and go to Forward > Forward Domain.
* Enter www.yourdomainname.com in the forward field (be sure to substitute yourdomainname with your actual domain name - yourdomainname is only a placeholder here.)
After you have completed the above steps, please let us know and we will finish the pointing process from our end.

Thank you for the instructions, the best I ever had before.
I do not know if you still have to do some work on your side, but it is working fine.
I know I am being a little annoying, but I sent a question about shipping to Canada, is there any answer on that?
I am sorry for the inconvenience of my questions.
Thank you so much for your help.
