hello,
i would like to transfer my domain from vendio to another host, is there any way to change the DNS? or i have to send an e-mail to you in order you to change it?

or to the Alternate e-mail: [email protected]

these two i have them in my account.

I had sent it to your "[email protected]" address. I just sent another copy there. Please check your bulk and/or spam folders in case the message was received there.
