Is it possible to change Packing Slip/ Invoice format??

Hello,

You may locate these options by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Orders" from the drop-down box at the top of the page. The invoice customization option is located near the top of this page, and the packing slip customization is located near the bottom of this page. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
