I have a customer who "abandoned" his shopping cart with items in it. On the customer contacts page, I can see that he has 17 items in it. Is there a way that I can:

1) See the actual items in his cart

2) Adjust his shipping charges so that we can complete the sale

Thanks

Hello,

Please note that the buyer would have needed to go far enough in the process to create an order in order to check this information and make the changes.

If the buyer went far enough in the process to create an order, then you may do this by going to "Orders" --> "Sold Items" --> click on the "Details" button for the order --> there is an "Items in this order" section on that page. This section will list the items that are in the order, and each item has a "Shipping Cost" field that you can double-click to edit. Be sure to click the "Save Changes" button after editing the shipping cost. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan
