Hello,
I posted some items on My Vedio Store (www.mytrendystyles.com) and I AM really DISAPPOINTED with the options of the items.
The Size & Color options are completely massed up. The colors & sizes are in one dropdown box, and the colors & sizes are NOT in alpabetical order. You should have the Size & Color options in separated dropdown boxes.

I talked to someone from Vendio, and he said it will take a while to fix it. It has been a week already but I have never been contacted for the issue. You charged the service fees as soon as I opened an account, but the store is not working at all over 10 days. This is not a free service site, but the shopping cart fuctions are not enough to be charged $100.00 per month.
I hope someone in Vendio should contact me before I decide to cancel my account!

Hello,

I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. I do see that the feature request to allow the variations in separate drop-down boxes was passed along to the product manager. Unfortunately, I do not have an eta for when this option will be added. In the meantime the different variation combinations would need to be offered is a single drop-down box.

Hello,
It seems like you're talking about your store functions are in BETA mode. It's not fully functional. I believe your service is NOT good enough to be $100.00/mo for the unacceptable functions & features. You have so many nice functions & features, but you missed the basic & the most important thing.

You stated on your homepage 'Risk Free 30 days'. I like to cancel my account & want to get refund. I also want to transfer my domain name. Please let me know how to cancel my account & transfer my domain name.

Hello,

The confusion here seems to stem from one specific feature that your requesting be added to the storefronts Vs something that we had already released and isn't functioning as outlined.

While we did release support for item variation listings for all marketplaces including the Vendio storefronts - we haven't yet implemented the specific feature your asking for currently where you get different drop down menu's for each variable Vs one with all of the same variables. While this is on our 'to do' list already we are unfortunately not in a position to provide an ETA for it (because frankly it hasn't reached the top of the priority list ahead of much more urgently needed and/or requested features.)

If you would like to terminate your Vendio account please click the 'Help' link in your account and choose 'Account Cancellation' from the available subjects. Request also that your registered domain name be unlocked and the transfer authorization key be sent to you. (note however that you wouldn't be able to complete any domain transfers until it's 60 days old, and we can provide you with a link to manage all of your own domain settings/renewals/etc until such a time when the Internic will allow your domain to move to another registrar.)
