I'm trying to make changes to the Items Details page. I want to edit content on the [click to add text] link. When I select it, it fails, and I get this message:

"A general error has occurred while processing your request."

Can this be fixed?

Thanks

Hello,

I apologize for the confusion. The text that goes in this area of your Store is set in the description field (under Store Info) for the individual inventory items. It is not possible to customize this text from the Store editor, as the text is different depending on the inventory item.

Regards,
Nathan

I inserted this code somewhere on my item details page:

<!-- AddThis Button BEGIN -->
<div class="addthis_toolbox addthis_default_style ">
<a class="addthis_button_facebook_like" fb:like:layout="button_count"></a>
<a class="addthis_button_tweet"></a>
<a class="addthis_button_pinterest_pinit"></a>
<a class="addthis_counter addthis_pill_style"></a>
</div>
<script type="text/javascript">var addthis_config = {"data_track_addressbar":true};</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="//s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js#pubid=ra-504e1ef7502576c2"></script>
<!-- AddThis Button END -->

I'd like to replace it with some different code. However, I can't remember where in the template editor I put it. Can you help me?

Hello,

If you are trying to undue a change that you made to your Store template, the easiest way to do this is to revert to a previous version of your Store. You may do so by going to "Stores" --> "Template Editor" --> "File" --> "Load" and then select a prior version of your template to save and publish.

Regards,
Nathan

That would undo a number of changes that I've made since the one I'm talking about. It also doesn't help with the change that I want to make now.

Can't you just tell me where this code is so that I can find it?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have any tools available that would locate where you made a specific change to your Store HTML code. If you are unable to locate where you made this change to your Store code you would need to revert to a previously saved version of your Store, as mentioned in my last reply.

Regards,
Nathan
