Is anyone else on this forum having troubles with Checkout lately?. My customers keep calling about not being able to checkout. Error message "credit card processing error for order (null) failed to process payment for the order". This is very frustating. As far as I know everything is in order at Auth net.

Thank you for writing in. It appears that Authorize.net are having issue on their end. We found this out when we called their support team earlier today. Please contact Authorize.net on 1.877.447.3938 for further details about this.

Authorize.net has fixed their issues. Our credit card processing on our Vendio site still does not work. We get this message:

Credit Card Processing Error for order (null)
Failed to process payment for the order

Vendio is wasting our time and money with all the quirky problems and site limitations it has. And, they have no "help" on weekends, the busiest time for retailers.

We have contacted you via email requesting a few details to troubleshoot the issue with Authorize.net payments via Vendio support case #: 707919. And we are looking forward to your response to it as it will help isolate the root cause of the Authorize.net payments.

Hi, I was getting the same error message as the pr4vious poster, word for word. But today, we received our first sucessful checkout order in a month. I don't know what you guys did in the background, it works! Thank You so much!! no more frustated customers.
