We noticed you had contacted our support staff to know how to disable mobile Template and use the desktop version on Mobile.
If you want to disable the mobile version of the site, please first download a copy of your Store template. This can be done by going to "Stores" --> "Template Editor" --> "Advanced" --> check the box for "Enable Advanced Mode" --> select "Download Edited Template". Then add a blank text file with the title "iphone_en" to the root directory of the template, and upload the edited template back into your account from the "Advanced" menu. Be sure to save and publish your changes.
