I only have authorize.net as payment processor. Why is there now a radio button on the payment page? Many customers simply missed that and click on the Pay Now button so they complete the purchase without payment. It is caused a lot of lost sales. I need to fix it ASAP.
How do I get rid of this radio button so credit card fields will automatically be shown on that page?

Here are the screen shots.
Customers did not know to click the credit card radio button to expand the credit card fields. Instead they just click the Pay Now button

Should get rid of the radio button and show the credit card fields automatically when on the payment page.
