I guess apparently I am on a grandfathered store plan. I don't see this option anywhere in your current pricing plans. I have several questions:
1)If I wanted to upgrade to a new plan can my current inventory/information be migrated into the new one?
2) If I decide I don't like the upgrade can I revert back to my current plan?
3) With or without upgrading, can I change my web URL from what it currently is to something different?

Hello Leslie,
Your current Vendio account is using the old version of our services. Unfortunately it is not possible to automatically move data from the old version of our services to the new version of our services.
You could open a new Vendio account with a new username to get the new version of our services (there is a 15 day free trial so you can check it out first if you aren't sure). You would need to manually create your store and items in the new account.
It is not possible to change your store URL with the old version of our services, unfortunately. I would recommend that you try opening a new account with the new version of our services and use the free trial to determine whether or not you want to make the switch.
