I'm trying to switch over to actual shipping rates. It's calculating the correct price, however, it does not combine the price. I have only completed one category,...
All the items here have the correct shipping profile. If you go to the cart after adding say ...one of each, it gives a total for shipping based on the price of each one added together. It should be merging them into one order and charging $2.28 in shipping.
Thank you for contacting Vendio Support.In order to offer Combined Shipping you need to follow the below steps;
1) Firstly you would need to set your Combined shipping discounts by going to Orders>>select preferences>>then scroll down to the Combined Shipping section & set your combined preferences.
2)Secondly,you would need to set your shipping profiles to allow combined shipping by going to Items>>Profiles>>Shipping>>Click to open the profile name being used>> Check the box 'Combinable'>>Click on 'Save Changes'.

ammendment....it seems to be right on the money for two items, but anything over two items, it does not calculate properly.
I tried adding two figures..... GI Joe Rise of Cobra Copperhead TRU Exclusive Loose and GI Joe Rise of Cobra Cobra Commander Loose Complete which is 12 oz. It should be $4.12 according to USPS and that what it shows in Vendio shipping.
If I add a third item, it would put it over the first class cutoff, but as I customer, I would still be able to choose first class as an option.
Is it a glitch? It should automatically cut it off after 13 oz.
Thank you for writing in.Please note that all shipping options that are selected will be displayed, even if there are too many items in the order for the shipping options to work.
If the combined order weighs too much for the selected shipping option then you would not be able to complete the checkout process and it will show up with an error.Please also ensure you are offering more than one shipping option for these situations.
