Hi, We just purchased an SSL Certificate from Register.com and our website Skycovers.com is now secure. How do we do the redirect? so it shows up as secure? cert ID 48116662.
I did this to stop the nonsense from PayPal re: security protocols. Is there anything I'm supposed to do here???HELP!!

Hello,

Thank you for writing in.Please note we checked your account and noticed that your domain is not hosted by us and hence you would need to contact your current domain provider about installing the SSL Certificate.

However,we are aware of the PayPal Issue and have already filed a support request with our engineers regarding the issue reported titled “PayPal Limitation on account”.The support ticket for any future reference to this issue is LTS-2009.We will keep you posted once we receive a response.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Fritz

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion! Your website address is not set as either http or https on Vendio. If you would like to use your website address as https please visit it by typing in the https address (instead of the http address). If you would like your buyers to go to the https address instead of the http address please be sure to provide them with the https version of the address instead of the http version.

Best Regards,
Nathan

Hi thanks for filing a support ticket with PayPal # TLS-2009.
Now, I have till the 26th of June to comply with the protocols according to PP.??????
Should the IPN address be Https://sell.vendio.com/paypalProcessing instead of the current IPN address: http://sell.vendio.com/paypalProcessing which is not a secure connection.
I'm trying to fix this problem; soon my custoner's won't be able to check out nor will I be able to transfer the funds to my bank.
Let me know if the engineering dept. @ Vendio has heard from PP yet and or if my suggestion with the IPN address would solve it. Thanks for your help with this problem.
