I have been trying (to no avail) to access/request my account information for the 1st. 6 months of 2001 for tax purposes. I e-mailed customer service to request the info., and they said they are working on it.

When will the information be available?? I need it right away. I even tried to phone, but only got the "canned" messages, with no person behind it!

Help!!

According to the Announcements page,

"We will now store and display at least 18 months of data for all users."

Unfortunately, I can only see the past 8 months.

You are right, the first half of last year is still missing.

You should re-post this in the Auction Manager forum for a little better "visibility."

Hello,

Your statement will only reflect data from the date you signed up for one of our payment plans. Since we did not start charging until March, 2001, you would not see a full year's worth on your statement at this point.

Yep, I forgot that all of the early items were listed in the June bill.

's funny to recall how excruciating it was trying to find out when you guys were going to actually put the bills online then...

Ah time, what a wonderful mind eraser!
