Don't know if this is the place but I am having a problem with my WBN. For some reason recently, the WBN has been saying that there is no shipping charge & my buyers are not sending the shipping charges even though they are listed in my item description & also in my bulk listing in auction manager pro. What is the problem? Can anyone help me?

Hss this WBN problem occured recently? Can you give me an example (a listing ID)? Notice that the shippment charges must be listed apart from the description although you may insert a copy of the shipping options in the listing description.
