Hi, I am sending auto wbn to winning bidders. However, I had two incidents where I receive WBN responses but no payments. I thought that WBN checkout form had webpage links to paypal and billpoint or does buyer have to get out of auction watch to pay? Any suggestions, I am really confused.

Hi brandbonanza,
Yes, there is a link in the WBN to a page that will have links to pay. Once a buyer has entered in the shipping information and how they intend to pay, they will be sent to a page where they will be able to pay.
