I want to talk to someone at AuctionWatch either by email or phone. I have gone through some of these questions and it seems that if we dont help each other we are dead in the water as far as help from Auction Watch is concerned. I get the feeling that they couldn't care less what we think or what problems we are having. This is not the first time I have submitted a problem and no one from AW has even bothered to reply.

Please note that this forum is not typically used for questions and answers, it is for feedback-related threads.
If you use the Auction Manager forum, you will find that our Customer Service reps will be able to assist you (normally within one hour, if you post between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm PST M-F, and 10 am and 6:30 pm PST on weekends.)
As another user has suggested, we will be making some changes to the forum names and descriptions in order to prevent confusion.
I see only one email in our queue under your email address, which we received early this morning. You should receive a response shortly.
