The feature that drew me to AW was your News & Information section. I now use Auction Manager and read the message groups. However, for my first 6 months, I came to your site to read the articles.
They were/are very helpful. I told other people about AW mainly because of the articles.
I have noticed that the number of articles has dried up. I figure either you are cutting back on personnel or you may feel you have written all there is to write.
Have you thought of designing a Subject Index for your articles?
It would help me because I would like to review them for any handy tips I may have forgotten about or missed.
It would help you because it would be a strong draw to your site for new auction sellers who may then purchase your services.

Hi Technerd,
Yes, we have decreased the amount of articles that have been appearing in this section, but not because there isn't more to write! We have been focusing on improving our services. During this time you will notice less activity on that page.
We do appreciate your suggestion to create an Index for our articles, and will pass it along.
