What are the chances of the PSM Key#3 having a "1-Click Send" just like PSM Key#1 & 6?
Have the "1-Click send" (or a auto email when key 3 is checked) for PSM Key#3 send an email to winning bidder stating that ...Payment has been received and soon after item is shipment you will receive a "Shipment Status Notification" (key#6).
The Shipment Status Notification (key#6) cannot be sent to winning bidder until a Track/Confirmation number is inserted in it. So the time between the high bidder receives a WBN and gets the Shipment Status Notification could be days if the auction ends Saturday and shipment isn't done till Monday. That's if there isn't one of the million Monday holidays and then it could be 2-3 days later even. A lot of auctions are set to close on weekends where this will have an impact a large portion of listings. Paying bidders want to know if payment has been received. I get the question all the time "have you received my payment?" and have to manually send an email promptly because it's a money concern. Now it becomes even more personal contact and the buyers feel they can tag other questions as well because they have an original valid reason of concern to send an email in the first place.
What do ya think?
BTW: WBN's need to be sent out immediately after auction closes...especially after a BIN auction. If not, sellers get a payment before buyer receives WBN and then ignore notice because of they are afraid of being charged twice, or having 2 orders. they also send a email asking why they received notice when they already paid. Makes the seller look bad. notices that aren't sent right after auction closes cause more problems that is worth having the auction management service.

I will log your suggestion regarding the #3 PSM key for product development.
Regarding your other issue -- you may want to consider taking advantage of our Mailstep promotion. This will enable WBNs to go out quickly so that these problems you are experiencing can be avoided.
