Hi, AW!!!
We who use Ebay to sell high volume or high $$$ items REALLY need your help!
Ebay has initiated a BIG change that will DIRECTLY affect the success of items being found, thus affecting bidding, which affects final bid, which affects YOUR REVENUE in final value fees!
Previously, we could pay an additional $19.95 to get our auction "featured" within all its categories and sub-categories. That gave us FRONT PAGE exposure when someone would pull up that category for browsing.
Now, they have REMOVED all front page exposure for featured auctions - and so our featured auctions ONLY show up if they were expressly SEARCHED for.
The last auction that I launched last night also included "featured" for another $19.95. It is VERY EXPENSIVE but a very obscure designer that wouldn't EVER be searched for directly.
Normally, I have 100 hits on a featured auction within 8 hours. THIS AUCTION ONLY HAS 19 HITS. That means that I AM LOSING EXPOSURE - and YOU are LOSING EXPOSURE in people NOT seeing a successful AW-launched auction and in final value fees that WON'T happen if nobody finds this to bid on!
So, I IMPLORE you, as a provider of good services to a great many ebay sellers, PLEASE help LOBBY for this to be REVERSED! It WILL affect your bottom line - I can guarantee that!

I just found this link for ebayers to launch protest. But, AW, PLEASE help step in to lobby, since your final value fee revenue WILL be impacted if people CAN'T FIND our auctions that are featured!
