Why is there NO WAY to close my account? This is borderline fraudulent. I want to CANCEL immediately. No one will answer my emails and there is NO PLACE on this site to close out my account.

Hi jcaputo,
If you would like to close your account, simply send us an email saying as much. We will then close your account. However, we cannot close accounts that have active auctions. Wait until your auctions have closed, then send us an email and we will close the account for you.

I've been trying to close an invalid account (opened by mistake) for weeks (not this one). I've sent multiple messages using the customer service feedback screen, but never get a reply and no phone number is posted anywhere. The invalid account is "eweiler". It's giving me problems and won't let me add my Yahoo info to my correct account because of a message saying that it's on another account, athough it's not. Can customer service please get back to me?????

I too had an old account on AuctionWatch when it was free. I now am trying to open a paying account and it's telling me that my Ebay User Id is on another account. I don't mind going back and using the old account (because I remember its User Id and Password), but I've already put my credit card into the paying one and now it won't let me remove it. All I want to do is remove the CC information from "maxsmom1", so I can place it on "maxsmom77" (the old account). HELP I have auctions ready to go and want to start up. I don't dare place my credit card on both, because I fear, I'll be charged at both places. Thank you.
