Look, I realize it's Easter morning and all, but I need help! This is my 2nd e-mail today. My auctions WILL NOT LAUNCH and are listed as WAITING because it says YOUR site will not synchronize them! I tried another route with a different batch and my own picture/ image storage place and it still will not synchronize them and upload them! What gives! Now I've got 50 auctions waiting and am losing money! Answer my e-mails! What did I pay $ 40 for if I can't get any support!

Hi Babydops,
Just about all of your auctions are scheduled for a later launch date -- the soonest of them being 7 hours from now. If you want to unschedule all of them you can do the bulk unschedule by going to Pending auctions, selecting all the scheduled auctions and hitting the Cancel button. You will have to do this for each page of auctions. When you are done with that, you can resubmit all of them for launch.
In the future if you want auctions to launch right away, if you are using Auction Manager hit "Launch Now" instead of "Schedule". If you are in Pro, choose the radio button on the first tab that says you want the auctions to launch on your next upload.
