Ben, I don't really know who you are or what your role at AW is, but I want you to know that I had a better feeling about this site for the first time in a very long time.
You weighed in on some of the more pressing issues to emerge in the past week and your responses were concise and clear.
I don't know if this is a result of a management directive, or what, but could you please find the time to do this >every< Monday morning?
I have a feeling the AW user community would really appreciate it. It would be a bonus if you could give us a list of the top 10 items that are being worked on. I know you can't give any time frames, but at least we would know that our requests stand some sort of chance of seeing the light of day.
