I requested many times to give customers a chance to solve problems over the phone,The answer was always the same "we do not offer telephone support",so let me ask because we have e-mail we lost the benefit of talking with somebody, many things can hardly be discussed via e-mail,many people can write very hardly, many times you have a critical thing that require help right away, now let me hear from other users their opinion
Thank You

I think that telephone support is vital, many of your competitors offer this service to paying members and you should, too. If a seller cannot get your service working and needs help, you should do everything you can to get them back up and running, including phone support. Email is slow and clumsy, a quick phone call can often take care of everything.
Thank you,

If not direct phone support, there are a wide variety of "live person" or "internet help chat" services available.
It is similar to AOL's IM, but strictly one on one.
Not as fast as phone, and not as slow as e-mail.
Someone at AW might want to consider it as a major site enhancement...

I agree 150%!!! I mentioned this a year ago when I had a billing problem and of course everybody and their brother knew my business. Not a good service in my opinion.
