Lately, Auction Watch has been bombing on a program error most times that I go to Track Auction. I have to close my browser and reopen, and then it will behave. Sometimes I have to do this more than once.
Anyone else having this problem? Is it a know problem to AW?

I've been having a similiar problem with IE6, and it occurs only in AuctionWatch. It usually occurs in the Sales Manager at the most inopportune moments, like when I'm trying to update customer info or submit feedback and then I have to start all over again. It's a jscript.dll error, according to the error message details, and I've been looking for the answer to this problem in various technical forums. They suggest it is a conflict between Microsoft's scripting and the javascript used on the Auctionwatch Page. Some even suggested Norton AntiVirus and Norton FireWall are to blame. I haven't found a definitive answer yet, and this annoying error has been coming up for months. Maybe AuctionWatch can provide an answer. I choose "send error report" to Microsoft everytime it occurs but it seems to make no difference. I'll keep searching for a resolution, though, and I'll post it here if I find one.

Me...too..! And always, it seems after I have entered a lot of data, etc. Seems that it happens when I am in the image section...have entered 8 image to upload and about the time the images are uploaded..Crash!..close...start over. Where I am now, I have a slower connection than normal..This compounds the time lost.
I have also had this happen when I was relisting 10-15 auctions. I will get them partly edited and Crash!...close...start over.. Lost time.
These situations have happened on my 2 different machines (at different locations). One using Win98 and the other using Win XP..
On the Win XP machine I downloaded all updates/patches from Miscrsoft: no help.
There must be a conflict between IE6 and AW Pro???
