Hello,
Last week when I listed about 50 auctions, Ebay almost instantly killed about 40 of them. They sent me an email stating that your only allowed 10 auctions of the same item. Thats the first I have heard of such an insane policy, having seen many power sellers with hundreds of identical auctions.
Anyhow, now I must request a refund from auctionwatch for those cancled auctions. There has GOT to be an easier way to do this. I have to go to 'closed auctions', find a number of a cancled auction, then go to 'My Account' to find my latest statement, then find a reference ID for the auction, THEN go to the refund request form and fill it out with a description of what happend for EVERY SINGLE AUCTION. After that I have to wait 3 weeks for each one to be prosessed.
You gotta be kidding me! AuctionWatch is suposed to SAVE TIME! Instead I have to spend over an hour typing in numbers. If an auction ended very soon after it was listed with ZERO hits, wouldn't it be easy for the AuctionWatch system to assume those listings were cancled?
