I really like the new format. I prefer to use my customers name when sending email instead of the userid, when known. I can now edit it much more easily.
Is it possible, with the next update to have a color change or something different on the icons for emails: for example, when I send a notice acknowledging a payment, or a wbn reminder - I know I get the red lettering at the top of the page stating the email was sent successfully , but there is no obvoious reminder on the specific page that I've done it already. I don't want to err in sending it twice. It's tacky and pushy. Thanks for listening
