I have a problem and have asked for help from the support staff yet they do not answer, why is that....??????? I will have to close my account because I can create a new listing....does one person make a difference ...meaning they don't care if a customer leaves????????

I have never had any problems with the staff here. As a matter of fact, they have always answered all of my questions regarding my account here. Auctionwatch rocks!!
