There is no delete button to delete items from my closed folder that were sold so no longer necessary to keep. How can I get rid of the excess baggage? Also why do you keep changing the way things are done? Just when I get used to it, it changes. Very frustrating and time consuming to have to figure it all out again.

Hi Taynee,
You mean the items displayed under the closed section in your Sales Manager panel? If so, simply select the items you want to delete and hit Archive. As a result, the selected listings will be archived (not deleted!) giving you the option to restore them if needed.
