I love the new prefered checkout basket that pulls up automatically.It's terrific! Now no customer can be without excuse! Hats off on a great job ya'll.

Yea! So I've noticed ! It's amazing that even grabing out for their hand to hold it & walk them threw an elamentery prosess some people still are to thick to get it.This does seem to help the average buyer though.What ticks me off are the ones that refuse to respond no matter how many notices they get & then 3 weeks later get payment in the mail & then we're expected to act like the transaction was smooth sailing.

Or how about people who just send you a check for $13.50, with no email address, auction number, auction title, nothing. No one seems to realize that some people sell more than 2 things at a time...
