Why is it taking so long to send WBN and sometimes not at all! I have to go in and manually send them if I want to make sure they get sent. I just now went in and clicked refesh on active auctions and had one that was six days old that had not gone to POST Sale until the refesh button was clicked! That is just pitiful! Either Auctionwatch fixes this or I find a new listing service, this is not a new problem but one that has been ongoing for a while.

Hi Napaman,
If your item was purchased using Buy It Now, you may notice a delay in the item being detected as closed by our system. There are currently three ways in which to help avoid this situation.
1. Utilize AuctionWatch Checkout, which will insert a checkout button into the listing when the item closes. This will allow your buyer to checkout immediately rather than wait for the WBN email. For more information on AuctionWatch Checkout, please refer to this link:
2. Utilize Mailstep (our mail relay system.) This allows AuctionWatch to use the eBay end of auction notice that is automatically sent to you to trigger WBN delivery to your buyer and Control Panel update for Buy It Now items.
To activate Mailstep, simply update the email address on file at eBay with your AuctionWatch Mailstep address ([email protected].) The eBay generated mail is then forwarded through our system so we can use the EOA notice to trigger the BIN auction to go to closed. All received mail is forwarded through to the email address you have on file with AuctionWatch.

3. Sign up for Customer Manager, and update the email address you have on file at eBay with your AuctionWatch Customer Manager email address ([email protected]) This system, similar to Mailstep, will utilize the EOA notices from eBay to send your BIN item to closed, with the added benefit of the Customer Manager functionality being available to you.
