I'm a new user to Vendio and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in what I'm getting for the Money spent.
NO REPORTING AT ALL...
NO INVENTORY CONTROL
SMP and SM Inventory do NOT SYNC
CHECK OUT IS HARD FOR MY CUSTOMERS TO USE
CANT GET THE OPTION FOR OFF LINE CREDIT CARDS IN THE CHECK OUT
AND I'M GOING TO END UP PAYING $100.00 BUCKS A MONTH FOR THE SERVICE.
I sent an e-mail to Vendio asking nicely if and when they plan upgrade any of the services and guess what NO ANSWER!!!
I am trying to get to 400 Auctions running all the time but I need a Program that is full featured and works...
A Reply would be nice...

Hi Doug,
There are other users here that share your concerns. There's even a "Wish List" thread that was very active a few weeks back. The Customer Service Reps always politely say they'll pass on our suggestions to Product Development, but that's the most they'll say. I've been asking for several simple things since the fall, but have not seen any progress in those areas.
The bottom line is that Vendio has limitations and is not adequate for all users. The Vendio Checkout has problems, but is actually one of the better 3rd party checkouts available.
I've evaluated many auction management services and none of them truly meet our needs.

I recently tried Auctionworks and Andale, and found they offered TOO MANY services for me- I graduated Summa cum Laude and it was too much for my brain to handle!! So I'm back with Vendio- I never should have left!
I think this service is best for those like me that are medium sized sellers. Not too big, not too small, just right!
