I have been using Auction Watch for years
and now Vendio....I have tried to contact them about a simple question on how to delete
saved templates. And no answers , I pay for sales manager but think I need to upgrade to get them to answer me..Never had this problem
when it was auction watch
does anyone else have this problem

Hi Sharon,
Please note - we are now using Customer Manager to send customer service emails back to our customers. You will be alerted to the fact that you have an incoming email when you see the Customer Manager tab turn orange. There is no charge for this service, so you are not in danger of being charged if you click on the tab. We responded to the email that you sent on February 22 to the CM email box.
