I am a new user having switched from a company that I was at for 5 years. So far, I am very happy. I had my best customers test drive the store and here are their biggest concerns:
1. The search feature in the store should be able to search 3 letter words. I was surprised to find that it does not. It would also be great if it also seached descriptions.
2. It would be nice for customers if the site remembered them (they could log in with a password) and they didn't have to enter their info in every time. Most of my business is repeat, so that would be an important feature for me.
3. When a customer puts an item in their shopping cart and then they return to their shopping, it should take them back to where they last looked and not just take them back to the beginning of the site.
4. A way to search for items that were most recently added to the store, or NEW ITEMS.

Wow...we have been requesting the Search for 3 letter words for over a year, maybe 2. I dont hold out a lot of hope.
