Currently, when a customer click checkout and fill in all the shipping address, the system will count that is a sales and we have to pay for the service fee. But a lot of time, customers may not pay for the item at all. In this case, we have to ask Vendio for credit back. This is double work for both Vendio and us.
Would that be possible to consider to change this logic to something like eBay Immediate Payment?
