Everyone gets greedy, things are going good, money is coming in, but greed strikes. You wanna raise the price to increase profits and put a little more in your pocket. All of a sudden your clients leave you, they go across the street and get the same services or better for less. Beware AW Just think what would happen if the majority of your clients left you standing with your increases and your pop-ups and moved on to one of the other services.

HEY I HAVE A STUPID QUESTION ABOUT THE NEW FEE SCAM. WILL WE BE ABLE TO KEEP THE POWER PLAN WHEN OUR CURRENT PLAN EXPIRES & WILL THE ANNOYING POP UNDER ADDS CONTINUE WITH YOUR INCREASED INCOME?

I think it is time to look for another auction service! The fees are getting to insane for me. I will finish out to the end of my $200 a year plan. While looking for another site. I CAN"T afford Auction Watch any more! You cut support perosnel and charge more. Not to mention that we have NEVER had phone support. And when we email for help we get a standaed form letter that doesn't help or even get close to answering the question. There is NO support for the people that have supported YOU! I think you are getting very greedy! and NOT supplying your coustomers with anything more or useful.
I down loaded the trial version of the BE edition and can't even get in to it after waiting two and a half hours for it to sync.
In summery I think your going down hill FAST! This move is going to cost you ALOT of MONEY. If thats what your looking for you LOSE!!

I also agree!! Auction Watch You are really Blowing it!! In a time when recession is here and we are at war, People are losing their jobs left and right, you decide to rake us over the coals. Your fees are insane! I will also stay until my Power Plan is up, then sadly I will go away too. Plus you have decided to exclude Macs. Big Mistake. Bill Gates realized that he was missing a big market by not making Apple programs. Well guess what......now he is making them! Wake Up Auction Watch, I or we (I can't speak for everyone) will stay with you if you drop the price extorsion.....er .....new price fee. If not, we will be leaving in mass.....and that means less dollars for you!!

" IM GONE " ~~~ Finally found another Auction management that does without the pop unders and the increase in fees. They actually are strictly in the auction management business. I have a true feeling that AW is having monetary problems and will soon become a Dot.Com of the past. I am saying farewell to AW, Adieu, Rest in Peace and best of luck in your endeavors.

We are a HIGH volume seller on eBay under the user id "hdoutlet". We sell about 4000 items per month at a final value of about $500,000.00 per month. According to another AW user they calculated our new fees under the business plan we be over $90,000.00 per year vs. our current cost of about $2600 per year for the same volume of business.

I would appreciate a response from AW confirming what our costs will be for our "hdoutlet" account if we continue using their service under the new business plan for both the duration of our contract and continuing on after that.

I hope that AW management is hearing what the real HIGH volume sellers are saying in that we will not absorb an increase in fees in the many thousands of percent. As a business I can hire at least three very productive employees for the extra $88,000 per year this new fee structure appears to want to charge me. I do not mind paying a fair price for a reliable service, but $90,000.00 plus per year is not it.

Please AW management look at your new fee structure and adapt it into a tiered system so that real HIGH volume sellers do not see their fees increase by what appears to be 3300%+. I can not believe you have a desire to run out all the high volume sellers with these fees and leave yourself with only the small volume sellers that the new structure might work for.

Please respond as soon as possible.

Thank you

AW...

The silence is deafening.

I know you have been replying to other posts not related to fees in the past few hours, yet you are ignoring all questions regarding fees.

I am currently at 42% in downloading eBay's Sellers Assistant Pro. There is a $14.99 per month fee and nothing more. No per listing fee and no Final Valuation Fee other than the standard eBay fees we pay anyway. Sound like a great deal.

We only use AW for listing on a scheduled basis. We do not use any of the other post sale tools and have our own web site for hosting images.

What is going on there at AW? Please let us know you hear us and are at least formulating a response to our concerns regarding these outrageous fee increases.

With out any kind of response we can only conclude you do not care if your users take actions to find other services.

Thank you

"hdoutlet"

I apologize for our delay. I have posted a reply in the following thread.

http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=15&thread=59675&id=59888

The importance of this message was beyond the support of even our gifted staff who continue to answer your other questions. I wanted to provide an understanding on this topic myself, so it took a little longer. Please accept my apologies.

Best,
Mike.

It is quiet ovious that a/w really does not want anything to do with its customers. They certainly dont want happy customers. these massive price hikes certainly prove that. i believe the best thing that all of auction watch customers can do is take their accounts and go elsewhere.

Pehaps then auctionwatch will get the message that we the customers are sick of being ripped off. Yes we realise that auction watch has to maka a profit. I am on the powerseller plan. and i will refuse to give them any of my ebay profit.most of us accepted the fact that we had to pay a fee when it first came in. But this latest massive hike may be the total downfall of auction watch.

They have made it painfully ovious by their arrogance and consistent refusal to answer to reply to our emails. as well as this price hike that they dont want us. So we their customers should oblige them, and move on to greener pastures. i for one will be doing so at the end of my contract. it really is a shame that such a great little setup like auction watch will end like this.

AUCTION WATCH MANAGEMENT YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO SAVE YOURSELF. DO THE RIGHT THING BY YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND YOU MAY JUST SURVIVE. TAKE HEED
