I am on the power seller plan and I just saw the new fee structure. I will be leaving AuctionWatch at the end of my power plan period. There is no way in the world that I will pay $600 a year plus 1.5% final value fee for these services. Not even if there were zero pup-ups,pop-unders,cookies and all of the other invasive things that AuctionWatch does.

I just did some calculations and my personal AW fees would go from about $350 a year to $1800. The search is on again.

Have to say we did not like when AuctionWatch instituted the fee structure but we knew that all companies must make a profit to survive. Besides, the fees seemed to be relatively reasonable. The new fees are obscene!
We are also finishing our Power Plan and will bid a fond farewell to AW. No way are they going to get a percentage of our Ebay sales!
Sorry AW. Its been a wonderful ride but we are getting off when our Power Plan expires.

It is quiet ovious that a/w really does not want anything to do with its customers. They certainly dont want happy customers. these massive price hikes certainly prove that. i believe the best thing that all of auction watch customers can do is take their accounts and go elsewhere.
Pehaps then auctionwatch will get the message that we the customers are sick of being ripped off. Yes we realise that auction watch has to maka a profit. I am on the powerseller plan. and i will refuse to give them any of my ebay profit.most of us accepted the fact that we had to pay a fee when it first came in. But this latest massive hike may be the total downfall of auction watch.
They have made it painfully ovious by their arrogance and consistent refusal to answer to reply to our emails. as well as this price hike that they dont want us. So we their customers should oblige them, and move on to greener pastures. i for one will be doing so at the end of my contract. it really is a shame that such a great little setup like auction watch will end like this.
AUCTION WATCH MANAGEMENT YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO SAVE YOURSELF. DO THE RIGHT THING BY YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND YOU MAY JUST SURVIVE. TAKE HEED

AW you seem to be blind to the fact that you have gone from a resonable good inexpensive service to being one of the most expensive on the net with this new brain storm in a very short time.
Your service to be honest is not all that great overall compare to lots of other auction management services out there that are many times less expensive.
You ignore most posted concerns and answer only the ones that boster your ideas and direction and then wipe out those ideas and concerns that don't follow your way.
I have seen many thoughts and ideas completely vanish.Stating that it disrupts the community.WELL what the !@$%#$&^ do you think your doing with all these changes??
